Job Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled ETL Developers to join our team and play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines to support our critical business operations. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in data engineering, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems.
  • Data Integration: Integrate data from disparate sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files, to create a unified data repository.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Implement robust data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Warehousing: Design and implement data warehouses and data marts to support reporting and analysis.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL processes to improve performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve data integration issues.
  • Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation for ETL processes and data pipelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or DataStage).
  • Experience with database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security standards, especially within healthcare.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with data governance and data quality management
