Job Summary:
We are seeking highly skilled ETL Developers to join our team and play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines to support our critical business operations. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in data engineering, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- ETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems.
- Data Integration: Integrate data from disparate sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files, to create a unified data repository.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement robust data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Data Warehousing: Design and implement data warehouses and data marts to support reporting and analysis.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL processes to improve performance and scalability.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve data integration issues.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation for ETL processes and data pipelines.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or DataStage).
- Experience with database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation.
- Understanding of data privacy and security standards, especially within healthcare.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with data governance and data quality management
