Job Title: Event Marketing Manager

Location:Remote

Duration: 9+ Months Contract with possible extension

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design, build, test, and execute audience acquisition campaigns and programs for Client’s proprietary user conference and connected events.

· Create an in-depth strategic framework, KPIs, objectives, tactics, and registration targets.

· Create executive-level presentations with an ability to tell a story through words, graphics and metrics.

· Develop an email communication strategy and plan.

· Gather content, create original content and manage review cycles for internal and external communications.

· Create personalized, dynamic email campaigns, dictating CTAs, themes, messaging.

· Create Field Enablement/Communication Tools to assist with sales promotion of the event and getting their customers and partners to register and attend the event.

· Responsible for all corresponding audience segmentation and criteria.

Experience:

· Direction on messaging and creative direction on social media and paid media assets for INSIGHT promotion.

· Coordinate promotion efforts for INSIGHT on Client’s owned digital pages.

· Manage content updates for the event landing page work with the digital marketing team.

· Manage weekly workstream meetings, and track status & progress of various other teams' work (social, paid, digital, sales enablement); ensure cohesive voice among teams and promotions.

· Coordinated promotional videos of executives and others for social promotion

· Chat management

· Audience Acquisition Marcom campaign planning, and provide the read-outs and metrics of the entire plan

· Manage registration path strategy and communications for audience engagement and journeys

· Create and write communication pieces along with creative team

Education:

· HSD or Equivalent experience
