Title: On-Call Event Server / Brand Rep (Nashville, TN)

Pay: $20–$25/hour

Hours: Intermittent Bookings | On-Call | 4–7 Hour Shifts

Location: Nashville + surrounding areas (within 1–2 hours)

About the Role:

If you are cool being on call, don’t mind lifting, and love creating good vibes, this could be a

perfect side hustle.

What You’ll Do:

Support the owner on-site serving gelato with a smile — you’re the face of the brand.
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including loading/unloading a moderately heavy cart (~70 lbs).
Occasionally serve gelato while the owner networks or handles other business.
Match the energy of each event — branded shirts and chefs coats provided, but you’ll need to look the part.
Meet in East Nashville or go directly to the venue depending on logistics.
Handle guest interactions, answer basic questions, and maintain a polished presence.
Follow specific serving portions and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.

What You Need:

Great customer service skills and high energy — you are selling the experience.
Comfortable lifting 70 lbs and standing for hours at a time.
Reliable transportation – events may require travel up to 2 hours from Nashville, you will ride with the owner to/from event location.
On-call flexibility – especially weekends.
Clean background (you’ll represent the brand in public and corporate settings).
Event or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.

Other Details:

Most events range from 50 - 250 guests.
You’ll mostly be front-of-house, not bussing tables or doing heavy cleanup.
Company supplies the uniform shirt and coats — just bring energy, reliability, and good vibes.
