What You'll Do:
Hunt for top talent: Identify, attract, and recruit top-tier executives for our clients.
Build strong relationships: Partner with clients to understand their needs and find the perfect candidates.
Close deals: Manage the entire recruiting process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Grow your business: Develop new business opportunities and expand your network.
What You'll Bring:
At least 3 years of executive search experience with a focus on supply chain or manufacturing.
A proven track record of successful placements at the $400K+ level.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
A passion for finding top talent and building long-term relationships.
