Field Service Technician (Printers & Copiers)

SNI Technology has an immediate need for a Field Service Technician to join a well established and reputable Managed Services Firm in the greater Virginia Beach, VA area!

This is a HYBRID position where you are able to work out of a HOME OFFICE in either Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, or Norfolk, VA areas!

The ideal candidate will be well versed in working with, and troubleshooting Canon, Minolta , and HP printers and copiers.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Trouble shoot and resolve hardware equipment problems
• Complete necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on print hardware
• Develop a great working relationship with the customers in your territory
• Travel locally within your territory using your personal vehicle
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICAITONS :

• Solid mechanical aptitude
• 2+ years of copier/printer troubleshooting and repair (Minolta, Canon and/or HP Preferred)
• Detail oriented and organized
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to turn a negative into a positive
• Able to stay focused under pressure
• Professional
