Essential Functions:

• Responsible for analyzing financial data and creating financial models for decision support
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Assist with financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Assist with the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Perform Ad Hoc analysis as assigned by CFO

Minimum Qualifications, both required and preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting OR 3 to 5 years in an FP&A position.
• 2+ years of banking or finance is preferred, and will lend to your success in this position.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will deal with peers and upper management throughout the organization.
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills, and the desire to continue learning and growing.
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking ability required.
• Experience in SAP is a plus, but not required.
