Key Responsibilities

• Load/unload aluminum parts on powder coating line
• Operate and adjust coating equipment and oven settings
• Inspect parts for finish quality (scratches, dents, coating errors)
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Use ERP system to track work and print documentation
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures, including PPE and respirator requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with quality inspection skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shift
• Basic computer and hand tool skills
• Respirator fit-test required
• Previous experience in coating, finishing, or manufacturing preferred

Pay Range

A reasonable estimate of the hourly pay range for this role is $18 - $20 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
