Floral Assistant

Pay: $16–$18/hour (based on experience)

Bradford Weddings & Events is a full-service event planning company based in Colorado, specializing in weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events. We are a fast-growing organization that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Our team travels throughout Colorado to execute unique, detail-driven events.

Overview:

As our Floral Assistant, you’ll help design and deliver custom floral arrangements for weddings and events. No prior floral experience is required: you will be trained by our CEO on floral arranging. Much of the design work can be done from home, with delivery and on-site setup for events.

This is a creative role with potential for growth in both skill and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with floral design and prep
• Maintain floral tools and materials
• Transport and set up floral arrangements at venues and office
• Support restocking and cleanup post-event

Details:

• Flexible schedule, with busiest season May–December
• Must be available for event delivery and setup
• Occasional overnight travel may be required (travel stipend + lodging provided)
• Reports to CEO and Director of Operations
