Location: Remote

Compensation: Competitive commission structure (7% of net revenue generated)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time
Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Loan Officers to join our growing Loan Management Solutions team. This fully remote role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for helping small businesses and investors secure the financing they need to thrive. If you have a background in sales and loan brokerage, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the loan process, all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Engage with 50-100 potential clients daily, identifying their loan needs and establishing strong relationships.
- Loan Matching: Leverage your network of trusted lenders to find the best loan options, terms, and rates for clients.
- Negotiation: Work closely with clients to negotiate favorable loan terms, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the lender.
- Consultation: Provide expert advice and clear guidance throughout the loan application process, ensuring clients fully understand their options.
- Documentation Support: Assist clients in gathering all necessary documents, including income verification, credit reports, and collateral information.
- Marketing & Lead Generation: Use creative marketing strategies to build trust, attract new clients, and generate leads.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with preference given to candidates with a background in loan brokerage or financial services.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach.
- Familiarity with commercial loan processes and a strong network of lenders is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with reliable access to a computer and internet connection.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time.

- Start Date: New hires begin every Monday.
- Number of Positions Available: 5 Loan Officers urgently needed.

- Compensation: Potential earnings of $100k+/year based on performance.
Experience:
