Role Description
This is a contract remote role for Freight Broker Agents. The Freight Broker Agents will be responsible for coordinating and arranging the transportation of goods for our customers. They will work closely with carriers and shippers to negotiate rates, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery. The Freight Broker Agents will also handle documentation, handle customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
