• Up to 70% commission on gross profit (no cap)

• You are a proven Freight Broker or Sales agent
• You have an active book of business and existing shipper relationships
• You can work independently and manage your carrier network
• You want a transparent, agent-first environment
• You’re tired of chasing invoices, dealing with underperforming ops teams, or giving up most of your margin
  

• This is a commission-only 1099 role (no salary)
• You must have a current book of business — this is not a training program
