Job Description:

The Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring the office runs efficiently by managing administrative tasks, handling phone communications, scheduling, and maintaining office assets. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Schedule appointments for vendors, customers, and internal teams
• Manage and maintain office assets, supplies, and equipment
• Oversee office maintenance and coordinate activities
• Handle administrative tasks, including data entry for invoicing and organizing office files
• Maintain the breakroom, conference rooms, and office storage
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in reception and office support
• Experience in the roofing or similar industry preferred
• High School Diploma required
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks

Additional Details:

• Reporting to: HR Manager
• Employment Type: Long-term contract with the potential for extension
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 4 PM (flexible)
