Job Title: Front Office Call Agent – Hiring FAST!

Location: Draper, UT

Pay Rate: $20/HR on W2 Only – NO C2C

Setting: Onsite Required (Hybrid/Remote is NOT an Option)

Required Qualifications:

• Strong phone and chat communication skills.
• Familiarity with Apple Card systems and fraud prevention tools.
• Demonstrated proficiency in handling sensitive customer data and security protocols.
• Excelled in customer service, maintaining a calm and solution-focused attitude even in high-pressure situations
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT (clocked in by 8:00 AM).

Responsibilities:

• Provided inbound phone and chat support for Apple Card customers, focusing on fraud-related issues.
• Handled declined transactions due to suspicious activity and guided customers through fraud resolution processes.
• Delivered exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and professional experience on every call and chat interaction.
