Job Description

This is an entry-level Full Desk Recruiter position in White Plains, NY, with a focus on making calls, dealing with rejection, and maximizing earning potential through uncapped commissions. No prior experience is required, but a coachable attitude and eagerness to learn are essential. The role involves working in the office at least four days a week, with the possibility of a remote day.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary on draw for new recruiters with the opportunity to transition to commission-only. Uncapped commissions with a lucrative commission structure. Full-time position (minimum 40 hours per week) with the potential to earn more by putting in extra time.
