Full time housekeeper in Jupiter Farms, FL. 5000 sq ft home to include a detached barn. Household consists of a couple, their three teenage children and pets. Schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and Friday from 8:30am to 1:30pm. Responsibilities include general housekeeping and occasional light meal preparation (1 to 2 times per week). The family will provide candidate with a daily task list outlining what is to be completed. Family is open to live in candidates. Detached accommodation provided. Responsibilities : Cleaning and organizing all areas of the home - Bedrooms, bathrooms, family room, kitchen, office, utility room, patio/pool area Daily bed making and tidying of bedrooms, emptying bins, dusting surfaces Vacuuming mopping with attention given to high traffic areas Kitchen cleaning and organizing. Clearing and stocking fridge, running and emptying dishwasher Monitoring and restocking supplies Grocery shopping Laundry, ironing & closet organization for the family Pet care - Feeding dogs and walking them at the end of the day Occasional light meal preparation Dry cleaners as needed Cleaning of guest area and barn every 2 weeks House/pet sitting (approximately 6 weeks per year scheduled ahead) All other housekeeping duties as needed Job Requirement s: 5 to 10 years years of housekeeping experience working in high end homes Verifiable references Pet friendly Thorough and detailed Professional and discreet Compensation : $30 to $40 per hour based on experience. 2 weeks PTO.
