My Independence at Home (MYIAH) is looking to fill the position of Full Time Marketing Associate. MYIAH provides home care services to the elderly and adults with physical and intellectual developmental disabilities in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. The role of the Full Time Marketing Associate is to provide all aspects of administrative support to the Community Liaison; including but not limited to the following:

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Entering information into our database that tracks referrals/prospects
• Following up with prospective participants
• Effectively manage administrative tasks
• Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities to market our home care services
• Assist with social media marketing design and print advertising material
• Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Marketing experience a plus
• Knowledgeable about the home care industry
• Interest in contributing to the growth of the agency
• Creative mind
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player who can also work alone when necessary
