About the Company

Bear Brook Dental Care is an upscale, privately owned boutique dental practice in the New York City metropolitan area, dedicated to providing top-tier treatments in an elegant, welcoming environment. We are a great team consisting of 4 General Dentists, 5 Pediatric Dentists, and 1 Endodontist, supporting a strong internal referral system. Currently, over 10,000 active patients are under our care across our two offices in Montvale and Hoboken, and our patient base is still growing strong. About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis, covering 1 to 2 weekdays and every other Saturday to begin with. For the right candidate, this position may transition to full-time. Our practice is committed to providing high-quality dental care in a friendly and comfortable environment. Responsibilities

• Provide general dental care including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and other common dental procedures
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Educate patients on oral health and preventative care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care
• Ensure compliance with all dental regulations and standards of care

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Current NJ state dental license (or in process of obtaining)
• Strong clinical skills and experience in general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Previous experience in a dental practice preferred, but not required

Pay range and compensation package

$750 daily minimum guarantee or 33% of collections, whichever is higher. The current associate earns an average of $1,000 to $1,500 per Day.
