Job Description

Summary:

Immediate openings at a local manufacturer fifteen minutes from Portage. These are day shift positions offering a full-time work schedule. Pay starts at $19.65 per hour with opportunities for increases and benefits! There is a unique work schedule offering a 3-day weekend off, every other weekend. We also offer weekly pay!!

Base Pay: $19.65 per hour

Weekend Premium: $2.25 per hour

Time Premium 6pm-6am: $3.00 per hour (for all hours worked between 6pm-6am)

Work Schedule: 4am – 4pm, on a 2/2/3 work schedule (3-day weekend every other week)

After Hire Bonuses: up to $1500 dollars (within first 90 days after hire with company)

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and mix products by following established procedures
• Monitor and inspect equipment to ensure it meets requirements
• Ensure production is running efficiently and processes meet standards

Qualifications:

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram from instructions
• Other related experience: stocker, roofer, landscaper, construction, and similar
