We are looking for a full-time Counselor/Group Facilitator at Spring Hill Recovery Center in Ashby, Massachusetts.

Our mission: Ark Behavioral Health is a network of Drug and Alcohol Addiction Treatment Facilities that provide a variety of levels of care to those who are prepared to begin their journey toward recovery.

Salary: $55-63K

Job Summary: Responsibilities of the Counselor/Group Facilitator are to provide group and individual therapy, maintain a small case load and adhere to documentation requirements. Practice of evidence-based modalities including but not limited to CBT, MI, solution-focused and multiple alternative options to work towards recovery and sustaining long term recovery. Spring Hill is a unique outdoor campus offering a holistic approach to treatment on 7 acres. Patients and staff enjoy the indoors and outdoors amenities for groups and activities.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to the required HIPPA and documentation requirements as identified by payor network, state and federal regulatory agencies.

Report directly to the Executive Director and be part of a multidisciplinary team.

Maintain assigned group schedule and caseload.

Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, LADC 2, experience in SUD counselling preferred
