Compensation: $15 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities: What You’ll Do at Crown & Raine
- Deliver customized scalp treatments and luxury hair services—including blowouts, styling, and hydration rituals.
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and elevated experience for every guest.
- Educate clients on hair health, product recommendations, and at-home care to extend their results.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization for tools and treatment areas.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in scalp and hair wellness.
- Collaborate with a passionate team committed to excellence in service and client care.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
- A current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License.
- Strong skills in styling, blowouts, and overall haircare.
- Excellent communication and client service abilities.
- Genuine interest in hair wellness, scalp care, and holistic beauty.
- Weekend and evening availability preferred.
- A positive attitude with a polished, professional presence.
