Looking for a high-growth career path in healthcare recruitment? Join our dynamic team with the potential to grow into a Director role! What You'll Be Doing - Recruiting: Source and recruit Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, RNs, and Medical Assistants.
- Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and our internal database to find and engage candidates quickly.
- Interviewing: Conduct Zoom interviews with candidates on camera.
- Cold Calling: Reach out to qualified candidates to schedule interviews.
- Reporting: Report directly to the CEO.
What We're Looking For - Experience: 2+ years of clinical recruitment experience with Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, RNs, and Medical Assistants.
- Strong Work Ethic: Willing and able to work 50+ hours per week (when necessary) and still be happy with life.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail is crucial.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology like Salesforce, Slack, Zoom and AI tools like ChatGPT.
- High Volume Recruitment: Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.
- Location Flexibility: Candidates outside of Phoenix are encouraged to apply; Phoenix-based candidates preferred for in-person meetups with the CEO at least 1-2 times per month.
Compensation - $50,000 - $60,000 base pay + placement bonuses
- On Target Earnings are $90,000.
