We’re hiring dependable Heavy Equipment Operators to safely and efficiently run excavators, dozers, dump trucks, loaders, and more.
You’ll be working with a close-knit crew on well-managed projects, operating modern equipment (CAT or John Deere controls) in a safety-first environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, compactors, articulated dump trucks, and front-end loaders
- Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment running safely and smoothly
- Maintain control and awareness of equipment limitations — especially load weights and center of gravity
- Stay alert and focused while operating equipment for extended periods
- Work as part of a team to complete civil construction tasks efficiently and safely
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a heavy equipment operator
- 4+ years of experience on civil construction or remediation sites
- Solid understanding of equipment safety and job site awareness
- Comfortable operating machinery with either CAT or John Deere control systems
- Valid 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification (plus 8-Hour refresher if applicable)
- High school diploma or GED
