Description of the role:
Pillar to Post- The Samuels Moltrup Team is GROWING! This is a full-time role based in Sarasota, Florida.

Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed inspections of residential properties, including structural components, plumbing, electrical systems, and more.
- Document findings accurately and clearly in inspection reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients and real estate agents to explain inspection results.
- Adhere to industry standards and company guidelines throughout the inspection process.
Requirements:
- Strong Recommendation: FL Home Inspector Licensed (we can train the right individual if not licensed).
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Possess a valid driver's license
