Role: HR Analytics Consultant

Location: Berkeley, CA This is 5 days onsite role. Need LOCAL candidates only.

Type: 4 months

Pay Rate: $75/HR on W2

Details:

Reporting to the HR Systems Group, this role will serve as an active partner with HR, IT and functional leaders to perform research and analyses on a broad spectrum of people issues: to optimize employee attraction and selection, performance, growth, engagement, diversity, compensation, and retention. Responsible for all HR Analytics efforts including data governance, reporting & dashboards, employee engagement analysis, predictive modeling and workforce planning . This position will be expected to apply expertise in research and quantitative analysis and data visualization to see beyond the numbers and communicate consultative advice and actionable recommendations to management.

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 12 years related progressive work experience with data analysis .
• Experience with diverse analytics methodologies and approaches
• Hands-on knowledge of Analytics Tool – Cognos
• Had experience in HR Domain with PeopleSoft HCM

Preferred

• Experience working with Peoplesoft 9.2 or Similar HCM ERP Applications
• Experience with Analytics Tools like Tableau
• Experience in Public Sector / Education Industry
• Experience with Google Looker Studio

Preferred

• Consulting experience
• Strong background in HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Mathematics, Finance, or Statistics.

Certificates & Licenses:

Preferred - Certification in Analytics Tools such as Cognos
