Human Resources Business Partner

Engineering company in south Fort Worth is seeking a bilingual HRBP for their team!!

***MUST be fully bilingual in English/Spanish***

Ideal candidates will have:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least two years in a business partner or advisory role
• Experience supporting a multi-location or multi-vendor workforce in a manufacturing or service environment
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale change management or restructuring initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in performance management, talent development, and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
