About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Compliance Manager to lead and execute our people operations. This individual will manage the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. In addition, this position will supervise our Administrative Assistant and play a key leadership role during a planned leave of absence for our Chief of Staff starting in August.
