Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.

Some Duties Include:

• Provide guidance and support on various HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
• Conduct HR sourcing activities to attract top talent for all levels within the organization
• Administer safety policies and programs to drive engagement and effectively manage workers compensation claims
• Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate effective communication
• Collaborate well with other functions
• Detailed tracking of FMLA, LOA, PTO, etc.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or at least 2 years of experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of human resources practices and employment law

• Previous experience managing workers compensation preferred
