Role: HVAC Project Manager

Salary: $150K

Location: Queens, NY

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to take ownership of key commercial projects throughout New York City. Based out of Long Island City, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the complexities of delivering high-quality HVAC work in the five boroughs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial HVAC projects from pre-construction through close-out
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship
• Ensure compliance with NYC codes and DOB requirements
• Run site meetings, resolve field issues, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing commercial HVAC projects in NYC
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, drawings, and field coordination
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with DOB inspections, permitting, and borough-specific regulations
• Ability to manage multiple active job sites
