A Dayton processing facility is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager to manage the day to day operations of maintenance technicians, equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance program, project management, and building facilities.
A minimum of 5 years experience in a "hands on" maintenance technician position, 5 years experience in a Maintenance supervisory or management role, strong leadership skills, good communication skills, and effective project management skills.
