📍 Fletcher, NC | 💲 $27.00–$31.88/hr | 🌙 12-hour Night Shifts (Approx. 48 hrs/week)

🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Keep equipment running smoothly with preventive and emergency maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Document all maintenance work clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with other shifts and departments to maintain workflow
- Support production teams with technical expertise and training
- Keep the maintenance shop clean, safe, and organized
- Jump into action when equipment issues arise — and escalate when needed
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements
✅ What You Bring:
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (PM & documentation experience a must)
- Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma? That’s a plus!
- Detail-oriented, team player, and self-starter
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
