Basic Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in related field or the equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations. General Dynamics experience is strongly preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire with ability to obtain a Polygraph. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

The Information Assurance Manager is accountable for all regional and local aspects of the Information Assurance program within the General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) security organization under the administration of the National Industrial Security Program. Youll manage and assure the operational efficiency of the Information Assurance program including financial, staffing, training, and personnel performance. Youll also assure the proper execution of the information assurance vision, mission, and program strategy. Well rely on you to assist in the development and implementation of short-term security objectives and strategies including policy and procedure change recommendations. What you bring to the table:

• Bachelors degree in related field or the equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations. General Dynamics experience is strongly preferred
• Exceptional knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program information assurance requirements

Salary Note:
This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range:
USD $145,161.00 - USD $157,068.75 /Yr.
