We are currently seeking an Integration & EDI Specialist to work onsite at the client location in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. The role requires a strong focus on ERP systems such as NetSuite. Below is a detailed overview of the key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this position:

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration & EDI Management: Develop, coordinate, implement, and communicate the organization's Internet-based strategies and initiatives for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems. Ensure that EDI-related production and procedures are maintained and properly executed, including development, change requests, and enterprise integration projects.
• ERP System Expertise: Provide expert solutions and support for ERP financial and procurement modules to users worldwide. Serve as the main point of contact for finance teams, overseeing the financial aspects of the ERP system across global operations.
• Project Management: Lead the implementation of financial change requests, managing end-to-end financial processes and projects within the ERP environment. Analyze, characterize, and implement ERP financial and procurement solutions to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Customer Interaction: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to increase EDI volume, capabilities, and performance. Work directly with customers to facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and issue resolution.
• Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate ideas within the team, resolve differences, and fully support the customer.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in Integration & EDI, with a strong background in ERP systems like NetSuite. At least 2 years of experience working with NetSuite is preferred.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, including requirement gathering, development, upgrades, QA testing, and implementation of EDI and Internet applications.
• Customer Interaction: Experience in customer interactions with excellent communication skills.
• Client Location Experience: Must have worked at the client location, demonstrating the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise in EDI and ERP systems, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
