Job Title: Interior Designer

Role:
As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior design projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and other design professionals to create spaces that meet the client's vision, functional requirements, and aesthetic preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes to clients
- Prepare detailed drawings, and specifications for construction and installation purposes
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with the project requirements and budget
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of the design
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the industry
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer; portfolio showcasing your design skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
**In-person role. Not hybrid or remote.

- Experience with Studio Designer software
- Experience with project management software
- Logistics coordination experience
