If this sounds good to you, we have an opening for an experienced automotive Internet S ales Manager. This position will be responsible for managing all internet traffic for Mike Maroone Longmont Chevy and Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC so travel between the locations will be required.

The Ideal Candidate will:

• have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies for capturing, nurturing, and converting internet leads into sales, ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates.
• recruit, train and mentor sales consultants, setting sales targets and providing ongoing support to achieve them.
• work closely with the marketing team to optimize online vehicle listings, update inventory, and manage promotional campaigns.
• monitor and report on internet sales metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
• be goal-driven and have a strong desire to succeed.
• have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• have stable employment history.
• have a valid driver’s license and no more than two moving violations within the past three years.
• be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
