Job Description

ATA Services Inc. is currently seeking to hire an experienced Internship Program Manager to work on a long-term temporary assignment with the State of New Mexico Department of Health.

• Pay rate: $25.00 per hour with weekly pay
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Work Location: Remote (work from home) – MUST LIVE IN NEW MEXICO and equipment is NOT provided by NMDOH.

This position will support the NMDOH internship program by managing onboarding and administrative program duties.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Coordinating student onboarding.
• Tracking applications and academic agreements.
• Managing student requests, such as email access and other onboarding requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee administrative onboarding duties, including:
  1. Completing student intakes.
  2. Providing students with onboarding documentation.
  3. Requesting additional access as needed.
  4. Support academic agreement processes, including completion, tracking, and routing agreements for signatures as applicable.
  5. Contribute to program improvement initiatives, such as: Providing feedback for enhancements.
  6. Participating in program strategic planning and direction.
