Title : Investment Banking Associate

Company Summary : We are currently partnered with a Boutique Middle Market Investment Bank that provides financial strategy, consulting, and M&A services to mid-market private shareholders. They are looking to add an Associate to their Generalist team here in Baltimore, MD. This opportunity provides extensive resources to assist in your success and gain extensive M&A experience within a growing industry.

Responsibilities :

• Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, such as financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analysis.
• Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
• Overseeing due diligence processes and materials
• Working closely with Managing Directors on a lean deal team to execute on M&A deals

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of Investment Banking experience
• Strong M&A deal experience
• MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields
