Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate with a proven track record of closed M&A deals and prior experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and bring both technical strength and strategic insight to the table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior bankers to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, including drafting LOIs
  • Conduct advanced valuation, financial modeling, pricing analysis, and due diligence
  • Participate in client and target meetings, as well as discussions with other deal advisors
  • Manage end-to-end transaction execution, including capital raising and advisory mandates
  • Create high-impact materials such as pitch books, Confidential Information Memorandums, and marketing presentations
  • Contribute to client development initiatives and support ongoing marketing efforts

Requirements

  • 3+ years of M&A experience, with a strong emphasis on Technology sector transactions
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline from a top-tier university
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex deal processes
  • Highly organized with strong execution, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and competitive drive
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Sharp analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses required
