We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Invigilator / Proctor to oversee the administration of examinations and ensure a fair and secure testing environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the examination process.

This is a contract that starts in July, 2025.

Hours: ad hoc, up to 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee exam sessions to ensure a secure and fair testing environment.
• Check student IDs and verify identities before the exam.
• Provide clear instructions and assist students with any questions.
• Monitor candidates to prevent cheating or rule violations.
• Manage exam timing and ensure all procedures are followed.
• Report any irregularities or incidents that occur during testing.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years in a customer service or administrative role. Experience as a proctor is a plus!
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a bonus).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and basic IT knowledge.
• Professionalism: Ability to enforce rules fairly while remaining calm and professional.
• Flexibility: Availability for evening and weekend shifts as needed.
• Eligibility: Must have the legal right to work in the US and provide a criminal record extract (not older than three months).
