Job Overview:
We are looking for a Backend Engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have experience working on enterprise and distributed applications , and must be a hands-on developer capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend services for enterprise applications.
Design and implement scalable, high-performance software systems.
Work with relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases to build data-driven applications.
Solve complex technical challenges and contribute innovative solutions.
Ensure best practices in software development methodologies.
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence.
Requirements:
🔹 4+ years of experience in software design and development.
🔹 6+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services .
🔹 Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and web services .
🔹 Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases .
🔹 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Experience with enterprise-level applications is a must.
Interview Process:
2 technical rounds + mandatory tech screening.
