Position Overview:

The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team by producing high-quality visual assets that align with Sesh’s brand guidelines. This role involves assisting in the design of digital and print materials, contributing to creative concepts, and ensuring all deliverables maintain quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and refine digital and print designs, including social media graphics, packaging, marketing collateral, and web assets.
• Collaborate with the creative team on concept development and brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Prepare final artwork for production and deliverables in the correct formats.
• Assist in managing and organizing design files and resources.
• Stay informed about design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (internships or freelance work accepted).
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in packaging or product design is a plus.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools is advantageous.
