What You'll Be Doing
🎯 Recruiting & Talent Sourcing – Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and attract the best candidates.
📋 Screening & Interview Coordination – Review resumes, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
🚀 Onboarding Support – Help new hires transition into their roles and feel welcomed from day one.
📊 Strategic Hiring Insights – Collaborate with HR to analyze hiring trends and improve recruitment strategies.
🔎 Employer Branding & Outreach – Help showcase our company culture to attract top talent.
