Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep expertise across core Salesforce platforms—Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, CPQ, RCA, and RCB—with the ability to architect end-to-end solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business strategies. The Senior Architect will mentor junior team members and act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring alignment with business and IT goals.
- Lead the design of scalable, high-performance solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, CPQ, RCA, and RCB.
- Define technical standards, data governance models, and integration patterns.
- Guide development teams with best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align architectural vision with business strategy.
- Conduct design reviews, performance audits, and optimization of existing Salesforce implementations.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including architect-level leadership on large-scale implementations.
- Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, CPQ, RCA, and RCB.
- Strong integration experience with third-party and legacy systems.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, sharing models, security, and governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA (preferred).
