Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and techsavvy individual to join our team as a Junior Web & App Developer. In this role you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our digital platforms while gaining valuable handson experience in web and app development as well as performance analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Web Development: Assist in building and maintaining company websites using HTML CSS and JavaScript.
  
• App Development: Contribute to the development of mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.
  
• Performance Analysis: Monitor website and app performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and suggesting optimizations.
  
• Data Tracking: Implement tracking systems to measure user engagement and conversion rates.
  
• Testing: Conduct thorough testing of websites and apps to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
  

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML CSS JavaScript).
  
• Experience with at least one mobile app development platform (iOS Android).
  
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with popular web frameworks (React Angular Vue).
  
• Knowledge of backend development (Node.js Python Ruby).
  
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI).

Time commitment: 1020 hours per week depending on availability. Flexible with class schedules.
