Eskell is looking for a dependable, independently motivated team member to join our small Bucktown boutique team as a Part-Time Keyholder. This role is perfect for someone who loves being the host of the party — warmly welcoming customers, keeping the space beautiful, and taking ownership of the day-to-day.

What you’ll do:

• Act as keyholder — open/close the store and handle daily operations.

• Deliver thoughtful, elevated customer service with a warm and approachable presence.

• Confidently work independently on some shifts, staying motivated and detail-oriented.

• Keep the floor styled & stocked, while assisting with sales and online order fulfillment.

• Develop and share product knowledge across a wide range of categories — from furniture and jewelry to fragrance, apothecary, home decor, and more.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of retail keyholder or management experience required.

• Weekend availability is mandatory.

• Part-time: 3 days a week (some weeks flexing 2–4 days based on store needs.)

• A natural self-starter with the ability to hold down the floor solo.
