Landscape Maintenance Manager

A well-established high-end residential landscaping company is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities 

• Lead and oversee lawn and landscape maintenance crews
• Efficiently schedule routes and projects
• Achieve time and material budgets
• Oversee the production of high-quality work
• Maintain safe working conditions
• Oversee the maintenance of vehicles and equipment
• Represent the company in a professional manner

Requirements

• Sufficient experience in the lawn and landscaping industry
• Sufficient management experience 
• Strong knowledge of relevant vehicles and equipment
• Strong working knowledge of mowing and landscape maintenance operations
• Ability to work unsupervised and with a team
• Must be a team player
• Capable of managing projects and delegating responsibilities to members of the crew
• Able to complete projects on schedule in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent time management ability

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary to commensurate with experience and knowledge $65,000 - $85,000
