Summary:
Bloom Talent Solutions is representing a client seeking a Landscape Project Manager to oversee commercial landscape installation projects in Charlotte, NC. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, ensuring financial performance, and leading teams in a division poised for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating & Proposals : Manage workflows to deliver accurate and complete project proposals.
- Subcontractor & Material Management : Solicit and review quotes for subcontractors and materials, ensuring alignment with project scopes.
- Financial Oversight : Monitor P&L, manage budgets, and ensure profitability across projects ranging from $10K to $1.5MM.
- Team Leadership : Supervise crews, manage subcontracted work, and provide technical expertise during site visits.
- Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and assist customers with technical information during construction.
- Quality Control : Conduct regular site visits to ensure standards are met and projects are completed successfully.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Industry Expertise : Extensive knowledge of landscape installation, grading, irrigation systems, and horticultural practices.
- Technical Proficiency : Skilled in Aspire, ProCore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership Skills : Experience in leading teams, managing subcontractors, and driving project success.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
- Mindset : Positive, adaptable, and collaborative with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
