The group as a whole brings years of experience and a desire for original issue solving to the table. Our expertise lies in creating and executing comprehensive water conservation initiatives for both public and private organizations. We obtained licenses as a C-36 plumbing and C-27 landscaping contractor so that we could provide clients with direct access to water-efficient retrofit services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of landscape projects, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
• Create and maintain project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to develop project plans and designs.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary permits and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and other vendors.

• Ensure quality control and timely completion of all project tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape project management.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in landscape design, drainage, and plumbing.
• Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of local and state regulations and permitting processes.
• Certification in landscape design or project management a plus.
