Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment within the United States.
- Manage relationships with local delivery partners, couriers, and third-party logistics providers to optimize last-mile logistics.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including warehouse operations, customer service, and cross-border logistics, to ensure seamless final-mile delivery.
- Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
- Resolve delivery exceptions, delays, and customer service issues by proactively addressing problems and working with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for last-mile logistics, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize routes, improve delivery speed, and reduce failed delivery attempts.
- Identify and onboard new last-mile service providers to support business growth and improve delivery network coverage.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by improving the last-mile experience and addressing pain points in the delivery process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in last-mile delivery, transportation, or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery models, including same-day, next-day, and scheduled delivery solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and route optimization tools.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Experience working with couriers, gig-economy delivery services, or e-commerce fulfillment operations is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese Mandarin and English is a plus.
