This is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Carpenter located in Honolulu, HI. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as carpentry work, utilizing power tools and hand tools, framing, and finish carpentry in construction projects.

• Carpentry and Framing skills
• Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Finish Carpentry expertise
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of carpenters
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job
• Certification or apprenticeship in Carpentry is a plus
