We are looking for a Full Time Lead Data Engineer (Databricks and AWS)

Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid 3 days a week onsite)

This role is for someone with deep technical expertise in data engineering frameworks and cloud technologies, and who can effectively collaborate across teams through exceptional communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines using Databricks and AWS services
• Build robust ETL processes for ingestion, transformation, and orchestration of large data sets
• Optimize performance and efficiency of SQL-based data transformations
• Lead and Guide development team

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or similar roles
• Proficient in Databricks (PySpark/Delta Lake) and AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda
• Excellent SQL Skills
• Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Experience in Insurance domain
• Excellent communication skills
